Option 1- To purchase Exclusive rights to the beat that will allow you to use it for commercial purposes such as: records, live performances or live broadcasts on television or radio, video games and website use. These rights cannot be sold or transferred to another party. After completion of project, a finished copy must be sent to us to provide to our performing rights organization ASCAP for royalty distribution.
Option 2- To license a beat from us to use for non-commercial purposes such as a demo. These rights are not exclusive and are sold to multiple users.
Requirements for above options:
Kre8tive Productions strives to maintain high integrity work ethics in doing business professionally and efficiently. In order to receive your beat, you must first contact us for a copy of our licensing agreement, which will be signed by both parties to keep for both parties records. If you are downloading a beat, you will provide your email address to us where an agreement will be mailed to you, in which you will return the original copy to us. If we do not receive the agreement, the transaction will be considered null and void and a refund will not be issued.
